Our Team

Kimberly Reinhold

Kimberly grew up in Hilo, Hawaii before graduating from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with an undergraduate degree in Brain and Cognitive Sciences. She obtained her PhD studying sensory processing with Massimo Scanziani at the University of California at San Diego. Her postdoctoral work with Bernardo Sabatini at Harvard Medical School investigated how animals learn to associate sensory information with motor actions. She is faculty in the Department of Otolaryngology at Harvard Medical School and the Eaton-Peabody Labs at Massachusetts Eye and Ear. Kimberly is a recipient of the Jane Coffin Childs Fellowship, Helen Hay Whitney Fellowship, and NIH K99/R00 Pathway to Independence Award.

Annabel Chang

Annabel graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Neuroscience. She worked as a lab technician with Dr. Reinhold in the Sabatini Lab, where she studied the mouse striatum, reinforcement learning, and reward-driven behaviors. She is particularly interested in the neural basis of compulsivity and is also excited to learn more about the auditory system. Outside the lab, you can find her lifting weights in the gym or cooking in the kitchen.
